Obtained in a state of significant disrepair, we undertook an extensive revitalization of this 11-unit townhouse complex. The units were upgraded to meet contemporary standards, involving a comprehensive renovation that encompassed a new roof, exterior facade, brick repointing, landscaping, and repaving. Thanks to meticulous planning, the renovation project was successfully concluded within a six-month timeframe. These eleven townhome units were offered as market rentals, providing tenants with expansive, modern living spaces that included private outdoor areas for each unit. By implementing these initiatives and enhancing both the property and safety measures, the team effectively created value from this project, ultimately benefiting the community, tenants, and investors alike.
