The Junction consists of two 4-story multi-residential apartment buildings, featuring a total of 58 two-bedroom rental units. During this project, we carried out a significant renovation, encompassing comprehensive upgrades for all units, and installing individual metering for each residence.
The Junction has now been sold and is poised to undergo a transformation as affordable rental units tailored for families.
